TULLN - Shopping Centre Rosenarcade: New impulse for the inner city (since 2008)

Due to the new shopping centre which is located right at the main square the inner city of Tulln gains additional attractivity: The central shopping centre with international and regional tenants was built on a 9.000m² area (+ undeveloped area incl. Multi-storey car park adding up to 40.000m²) – it has become the market leader in many branches, 25 per cent of all tenants are entrepreneurs from Tulln and regional enterprises. Gastronomical firms, service and entertainment enterprises as well as about 40 shops spreading out on over 18.000m² form an interesting attraction for visitors – the conception of the gastronomy/entertainment mix incl. Leasing was conducted by Gastro Immobilien Börse.

Appealing atmosphere

The front of the centre at the main square was modeled on the stile of houses of the historic city. The interior features quality materials. Well-lit premises create a pleasant atmosphere and invite to stay. The multi-storey car park is accessible via Franz-Josef Straße and connected to the centre on three levels. The mall leads visitors to the main square of Tulln.

A mix of traditional inner-city and trendy extensive sales structures

The draw area of Tulln, the capital of its district, counts 80.000 inhabitants. The city currently ranks among the top cities in Austria regarding population development. The settlement of the shopping centre right at the main square was designed to help Tulln avoid the destiny of many other cities: desolation of the inner cities due to the construction of shopping centres in the suburbs. A mix of attractive, trendy sales premises and the existing inner-city structures in the city centre is the objective of modern regional planning policy. The new shopping centre features a high location quality, optimal transport connection, unique architecture and an interesting branch mix.
