A new cultural attraction which led to the development of an attractive upcoming district emerged on the most frequented square of Styria (150.000 people / day): The over 250-years-old Steinfeld-Haus on Jakominiplatz combines offices and gastronomy (ca. 1.500m² - pizzeria Leonardo, steak house Maredo, Italian café, among others). The inner courtyard (ca. 1.000m²) of the former mail coach stop on the line Graz –Trieste hosts top-class events such as early shopping.
