ANSFELDEN – Motel: Basis for further projects (location: retail market centre: since 2008)

On the heavily frequented A1, right next to the motorway restaurant Ansfelden, a retail market centre including a SPAR super market was constructed. The only thing missing from a meaningful mix was a motel: designed for drivers on transit – with smaller, practical room units for 2 persons (+child). Gastro Immobilien Börse took over the assignment to search for premises and operator and found the ideal solution with the location and the Magnus Investholding GmbH Gruppe (www.magnus-invest.com) as operator.
