The strong point of Gastro Immobilien Börse is not only the successful communication of real estate, but also the development and supervision of projects as a whole:
From location analysis, conception and marketing to centre coaching. In the context of centre coaching we coordinate (gastro) leasers in order to conduct or optimise collective efforts to increase the location’s appeal. Centre coaching acts as a software of existing entertainment centre and provides for continuous attraction and therefore keeps up the frequency of visitors of a centre.
Concept
Originating from the reconstruction consulting for tourism enterprises, Gastro Immobilien Börse has established itself as a popular conceptionist of event-oriented recreational real estate with entertainment (cinema, discos, sports and others), shopping and offices.
In close cooperation with investors and architects we develop specific structures for land-use that are customised to the respective location. The objective is to optimise the appeal and the revenue of the recreational complexes as a whole to ensure long-term profit.
